Sauvignon Blanc 2011

A classic Sauvignon Blanc, this wine has tangy acidity and is redolent of typical varietal aromas of gooseberry, citrus, freshly cut grass, sweet herbs and white pepper. A medium bodied wine, it exhibits a perfect balance of crisp acidity and lively finish.

Food Pairing Tips
Pair with fish, shrimp cocktail, onion and cheese pizzas, spinach or artichoke dips, crab sushi, gouda, cheddar and parmesan cheese - topped salads; also a good accompaniment to a walnut and apple salad with crumbled gruyere or brie.

Best enjoyed at : 8 - 10 degree celsius.

Ingredients : grape juice and fining agents.
